Happy Monday!

Just a couple cards to share with you today.

I worked a long weekend so I haven't been able to be here the past few days. I hope everyone had a really wonderful Thanksgiving!

This is my first time using Verve Stamps. I bought a few sets a couple weeks ago and this was the first chance I had to get them inky.

We've got the tree up and the rest of the house decorated and it's starting to feel a little Christmasy around here.

Just having a relaxing Sunday hanging in our PJ's, watching football, and stamping.

I made a big pot of chicken and dumplings that turned out really yummy.

Not too much new here, just working through the weekend. I'm proud to say I officially started Christmas shopping. I think I'll be doing a lot of shopping online this year, and there won't be much of it. Everything the boys want is over $100. I remember when they were little and that much practically filled up the space under the tree. Now it takes up less space than a 3x5 card..LOL..think I-Touch.

I keep trying to get my self motivated to start working on Christmas presents,

but so far it's not working. Every year I get to about this moment and think

"holy crap! I better get started"

So we got out the Christmas Decorations to help with the motivation.

Yes, I know it's still two weeks before Thanksgiving

But

why not?

We also went to see the new Christmas Carol (the one with Jim Carrey) yesterday in 3D at the IMAX. It was pretty good! It just amazes me what can be done with computer animation.
