It's probably impossible to imagine...

That I could get anything done in this nightmarish mess...
but somehow I did...

Supplies Used: Unity Stamps Sept KOM, paper Making Memories

Supplies Used: Unity Stamps: Butterfly Beauty, Simply Said

Paper K&Company....

ok so here's the scoop...

I know I haven't been out there catching up in blogland...I'm sorry....My life is a staging area right now... (we finally found renters and best of all I LOVE THEM!!!) thank you so much for all your prayers and wishful thinking!! We've had some minor things we need to fix around the house so that we can get our occupancy permit...Thank you lord for blessing us with friends who know how to do this kind of stuff....they are coming over tomorrow and I'm going to feed them lasagna....;-)...we will be moving out of our house in approximately 20 days..

SO

if I'm not here as much that is why...please don't give up on me though...I plan to be here and around all through our move.

AND..

I finished the Unity Tshirts and sent them without taking a picture...well my camera was missing for a couple days, I thought I accidentally packed it and then it showed up in my tool basket on my craft table....I'm such a dork....

so if you could also say a little prayer that Angela and the Unity gang love the tshirts that would be great...

I know, I've been asking you guys for alot of these lately!!

Thanks!!

gratitude:

1.our tenants are supposed to sign the lease tomorrow

2. they are the nicest people and we'd totally hang out with them

3. our friends coming tomorrow to help us fix the house

4. it's all crazy right now...but it's going to work out

5. as hard as I know it's going to be for the boys leaving their friends...they are being such troopers...

Beautiful cards Amy and go you for still being creative while packing. I am so pleased that things are working out for you all. I did laugh at the camera episode because thats the sort of thing I would have done. Iknow the Unity gang will love your shirts.

It's madness, isn't it? Moving. I did it twice in 2008 - I don't want to do it again for a looooooong time!

Fingers crossed it all goes to plan. Do whatever you have to do to keep sane! x

Wow! I'm amazed that you can get things done. I'm useless when things are not perfect...and that's pretty much all the time:).

I'm glad everything is working out for you! Hope the move goes well! We just got some really good news about our next duty station that I can't tell until February 5th! ARGH! It's killing me!!

You do such pretty cards! I agree with the other posters - you are amazing with all that you juggle. I have no excuses! Congrats on your renters, that's got to be a load off your mind.

At my blog you asked about how close DC is to me - well, it is 50 miles away but around here that is considered close (so many people commute into DC). You should e-mail me when you get into the area.

WOW. You are impressive. Very pretty cards. As usual.
DC is only a few hours north of Virginia Beach...

From the look of that picture, it looks like you pack like a rockstar! I know who to call if I need to pack up this room. hee hee

May the move go smoothly. Glad you found some people to move in, that probably took a big load off your shoulders.

Cute cards, and I'm sure the shirts will be fine.

How on earth did you find time to make such beautiful cards with all that you have going on in your life right now?

I am so happy for you that you have found renters for your house.

I don't envy you packing up to move .. I know that is really going to be a chore.

Aww, I know it's hard (we used to be military too). But, my selfish old heart is looking forward to you being in MY area soon.
Great luck with the renters!
Love the cards, especially the 2nd one, it has my name all over the envelope, doesn't it? lol

Hi Amy! Sounds like things are falling into place for you and I'm so glad to hear it. I agree with Dianna -- you military wives are incredible. We've moved a couple of times and it's such an undertaking. I can't imagine having to do it ALL the time.

Love your cards and I hope we'll get to see those t-shirts sometime! I am sure they will LOVE them!

Have a good weekend!
