Growing In Unity Week!!!

I'm up!!
Thanks for coming by for "Growing In Unity, Day by Day, Week by Week"

I hope you'll enjoy what I have in store for you and don't forget to leave a comment because at the end of the week I'll be having a drawing for some free Unity Stamp Company Lovin' !!
It doesn't get better than that
Fo' Rizzle!!

This project started with a birdcage votive holder I found at Target. The votive though wasn't quite tall enough for what I wanted to do so I glued it to a second one to get the height I wanted. I then added Unity Stamp Company Butterfly stamps from: Butterfly Beauty, Sept KOM and Oct KOM and the Sentiment is from Something Within. Ba Da Bling, Ba Da Ribbon and we're all done! Paper is K&Co Wild Saffron.

Next I have a card to share...

I made this using the Unity Stamp Company "This is the Time" set, there's a small set and a large set, this one uses the small set. Paper is Fancy Pants and Making Memories.

As you are reading this I am somewhere on I64 headed East to our new home (which we don't have yet..LOL) in Washington DC...We're so excited to start this new adventure! I'm going to start homeschooling the boys as well and I know a lot of you out there do that so if you have any advice to share with me feel free to give me your 2 cents!

That's it for today!

Thanks!

Love the birdcage!

I homeschooled my daughter when she was in 6th grade. The most important thing I can say is get a curriculum. Do not try to make one up yourself in the beginning.

Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience. You'll be in such a great place for it. I have a friend who is moving to DC and will be homeschooling but her daughter is only 6, otherwise I would hook you two up!
